No appetite a normal symptom of PMS?

Question:
I am due for my period in about a week. I go on binges during the day, like snacks, and then I am not hungry until late night is this a normal sign of PMS?

Answers:
Yes, this happens to me my stomach feels so upset that all i feel like is drinking liquids. Make sure you do eat something do (snacks like you say you eat), something healthy like fruit and drink plenty of water. Exercise too, this helps with cramps and such.
no it is not i would go talk to my doctor if this continues.
Yes, im sure it is. Hormones can make us girls do crazy things :) They effect us all differently too.
Hi there,

Binging and then fasting is a normal variant of PMS symptoms. Consider yourself lucky, as most women during PMS have cravings and binge eat, all day! :-)

Do not be alarmed by this symptom. If it is interfering with your health by making you vomit, nauseous, or crampy, try to control it by eating something small, however, it is your body that is telling you that you are not hungry, so I would trust it.

Hope this helps,
