It basically means that you are comfortable being "intimate", you are willing to try anything and aren't shy about it. Guys love that ;)
It just means that you are comfortable with your sexuality and not afraid to let your partner know. You know what you like and you ask for it...plain and simple. It's not a bad thing, however it can be intimidating to some.
Let's just say it means you don't just lay there and take what you can get or are given.
