Um...i think there was something lost in translation here...What are you talking about?
19 months ?!!!!!
I'm sure you can't be "19 Months" pregnant. Do you mean 19 weeks?
19 months huh...what the hell are you an elephant?
Your going to give birth to the devil Try shitting him out Pendeho
Can you try and word your question a little better, it is a bit hard to understand, Thankyou.

19 months pregnant?
Hun do u mean that you are 19 weeks. Humans only go to 9 months pregnant. I think you mean 19 weeks. Everyone here is asking for qualification. If you are having problems you need to call your OB GYN> good luck.
I'm not quite sure what this question means. It's very hard to read. Do you mean that you are having pain at your knees? Or that your knees aren't bending? And something's going on with your toes? What does "catching folding places" mean? I'm not trying to be rude, and I would love to help; I just don't understand what problem you're having.
This is not abnormal...you're about halfway through your pregnancy, and your body is having to get used to some pretty serious changes. your entire center of gravity has changed, and the weight gain is unlike anything your body has experienced before. you may feel a little like you have arthritis...that's OK. Your doctor will tell you it's fine to take Tylenol (Acetaminophen) for your aches and pains. Take care of yourself, drink lots of water, and enjoy the changes!
wow u scared me for a minute...try tonic water that helped my sister
i found drinking more water flushes the body out and u can get a good cream and massage it in after a nice hotish shower helps with blood circulation i found local GP good to talk too as well. good luck. have a look at this site there stuff helps with alot of different things and it is all natral.www.xoomaworldwide.com/...
none of your questions or statements make any sense. is this real? if so, call your OB -not Yahoo.
It is better to go to a doctor because home remedies are not as good. Doctor can help faster.
Why not sit down, and relax. Rest your feet some where high. Lean on something, and sleep. If this does not help, go see a doctor.
19 months, you can only be pregnant for 9 months lol
your knees catch? are you having twins?because if not, theres no way that weight gain at only 19 weeks would cause your knees to catch and pop...or maybe you are sitting down more and your knees want to stay locked in the sitting position...in which case, unless your doctor prescribed bed rest or plenty of rest and to stay off your feet...its probably best to actually move during the day.lol
Hi Jungle b, muscle spasm mainly happens due to calcium deficiency, so include calcium in your diet. You can find good source of calcium in low-fat dairy products such as yoghurt, skim milk and ricotta cheese. But, before eating and drinking calcium rich diet, consult your doctor.
Also muscle spasms may be because of the acids that interfere with the body's ability to absorb calcium. Lessen the intake of acidic foods like tomatoes and vinegar. Inadequate supply of potassium to your body is another reason for muscle spasms. Increase your intake of potassium, eat good amount of bananas, potatoes, soya flour, bran wheat, ready-to-eat apricots, tomato puree and such.
If you get a muscle spasm while you are lying in bed, stretch your leg straight out, bend the toes back towards the head. Hold this position for 30 seconds, relax and continue till the cramp is gone. This stretches your calf muscle. This can also be done while you are standing.
Chamomile tea helps in relieving muscle spasms.
You can use an herbal oil massage by using 1 cup extra-virgin oil or almond oil, add herbs in tincture form like 1 ounce Cramp bark, 1/2 ounce Lobelia, 11/4 ounce of Willow bark or Wintergreen ( wintergreen tincture is not available you can use 30 drops of wintergreen oil). You can store all these in a jar or bottle and use it as massage oil.

Congrats! I have a two month old. I remember all to well. When you are sitting down keep your legs elevated that will help. Also your potassium could be low. That causes muscle scrams and can make your muscle very sore. Bananas have a lot of potassium. Be sure to take your vitamins. If not prenats take Flintstones! That's what my OB said. Prenats can easily constipate you. Anyway, try eating a banana a day, it sounds silly but will help!! Also if your calcium is low it can cause the same problem. But most likely it is your potassium! Good Luck!
By the way, I figured you meant weeks! People are silly!! Like they couldn't figure it out!! :P
19 months holy crap send pics!
