how old are you first of all...lol...second everyones skin is different and no one has the same skin texture or complexion. try out a couple of complexion soaps/creams bought from a local pharmacy or shopping center...
Try using raw oatmeal mixed with a little water rub it in to your skin,and leave it on for about 5 minutes,and rinse off in the shower..do this once or twice a week you'll see a difference right away..

Good skin is a sign that your system is clean and healthy internally. Drink lots of water everyday to flush out toxins. Take a zinc supplement. A cheap one is Becozinc. Zinc is good for skin problems.
Lasers are kind of harsh though some say very effective coming from someone who has o.k. skin but getting better. I use Noxzema, it seems to work at maintaining a healthy glow. I would start with over the counter products first and go from there.
