Tampons in dance?

Question:

I do dance 5 days a week. i got my period last year but i was to afraid to put in tampons so i wore pads. (which was awful!) i now wear tampons but what kind do u recomend for dance. i dont want it to leak or slide out.

They have kind that is meant for sports, i think it's under tampax but I'm not sure. But that would be a good one to try because it's meant for when your moving around a lot.

I like Tampax Pearl. Wear a pantiliner also if you want to be extra cautious. And make sure you change the tampon often, don't let it go 8 hours or you might have an accident.

The only reason it would leak is if it was saturated and needing to be changed. I have never, ever, had a tampon slide out, and I have had two kids. I buy Tampax supers, but I have a heavy period.

I used to dance and I stayed with the original brand of Tampax. I never had a problem and if I felt there could be I wore a panty liner.

My favorite brand of tampons is Tampax Pearl but Playtex has sport kind called Playtex Sport.

i used to dance 5-6 days a week in high school..i tried to use the playtex sport but they always seemed to leak for me so i started to use the tampax pearl and never had one problem with it..and still havent...danielle!

playtex sport is designed to be used when you are moving around alot, so that would be something good to try. you can also wear a pantilinner if you are really worried about leaks.
