it's fine, but it itches like crazy when it starts to grow back. and be very careful of nicks and cuts. ingrowns can be nasty too.

It's good for me, I need/like her Bare, Can't stand all the hair, It gets all caught up with the underwear and pulls causing great pain while out in public. LOL So Shaving WORKS FOR ME.

I think that's a matter of personal opinion. The only drawback is the possibilty of ingrown hairs...and it kind of gets itchy when it grows back. I personally think its good for hygiene and it can increase the sensitivity of the area...which can be fun. And I have never had a sexual partner who didn't like it shaved.

A clean "playground" is always good. It shouldn't itch if you keep it shaved (meaning shaving often, maybe even daily). But if it does itch and you can't handle it then just trim it really short. Nothing is bad about keeping yourself groomed.
I agree with confused.however, I think waxing is the way to go. It hurts like crazy the first few times you do it but you don't have to do it as often and if you exfoliate before you go you are less likely to get ingrown hairs. I think it is better personal hygeine though. All that hair is just GROSS!

You may find that the hair grows back prickly which can cause a bit of discomfort when it rubs against your underwear or someone else.. You may also find you will get ingrown hairs. If you make sure to exfoliate with a bath loofah each time you get in the shower it will slouch away any dead skin cells and leave the hairs a smooth surface to grow through, eliminating ingrown hairs..
You may find it easier to wax. It does hurt alittle bit but the results are much better.. You will stay hair-free for longer and the hair will grow through much softer (there is still a risk of ingrown hairs) and less dense..
If you want to wax I suggest you get it done at a saloon the first few times so you know what to do and the easiest way to do it..

The less hair you artificially remove from your body, the better. There are health issues that are much more pronounced when women shave their pubic hair.

as long as you exfoliate and moisturize after each time it should be fine. I have found that some sugar with your favorite body wash is an excellent exfoliate!
