Looks like an ovarian cyst to me. Small ones are common in healthy women. However large cysts can be an advanced stage of polycystic ovary syndrome.Either case, you'd better go see a doc.
oh my god lol u having a similar problem as mine. I had this lil ball tiny on my right side real close to my pelvic bone well i got it checked out and my doctor says its just a skin cyst that should stay there w no side effects or possibility of cancer or rupture. and he also said that if there is pain to make sure to go see my reg physician. so if u feel pain sweety i suggest u check w ur reg physician that knows ur background bc the gyn or clinic facilities will tell u anything as long as u pay them and they rush u at times too... ull be ok dont overstress it ok neuither overstress urself--the pain may be due to stress or paranoia!!
