Answers:
ibuprofen
a hot water bottle or heating pad
walking or gentle stretching
Avoid sugar, salt, caffeine and next month you'll feel better.
Taking an anti-flammatory like Advil or IB profin and make sure you eat something. Wear comfortable clothes, and you might consider using pads as opposed to tampons.
I used to get cramps so bad I'd black out. Which wasn't fun. I got tired of it and went to the doctor and he put me on birth control. It's helped a lot.
i know how u feel. the best thing to actually do is stay active to stretch the abdominal muscles for example take a short walk or something. i know how painful if is to move around when you got cramps but trust me it helps. drink lots of water and if hot showers do the trick and u got a few bucks try thermacare heating pads. they are disposable and the stick to the inside of ur underwear right where the cramps are and u can go anywhere with it i think they come 2 in a pac and last 12hrs. hope i helped, good luck
