You can never get rid of them, but you can fade them, Try cocoa butter or vitamin E gel.

There is a new product out called Bio-Oil and you can get it at Walgreens or CVS, places like that. It is supposed to not get rid of them, but make them fade a little. I heard it works, but I have never tried it. Good luck!
