What is this clear discharge that is coming out of me?

woman 32, mom of 3 girls. twins are age 13 and starting puberty... this is normal discharge. so dont worry. usually there is a bit more of it on the days surrounding ovulation. your body is just getting used to hormones. i keep a supply of very thin pantyliners for all of us. for use during periods and in between. it is normal to have this. what is not normal if it changes to green or yellow and smelly/fishy/other..this would mean infection. or whitish thick-ish/ smelly/itchy. this would mean a yeast infecton..clear is good and normal. just use a pantyliner everyday, they are so tiny and discreet so no one will ever know.sometimes if u get the really short ones ond they seem to bunch up, just use two and make one longer one out of it..
It's just excess lubrication. Nothing to worry about. It's normal, happen to everyone whether your "excited" or not.
you better go to the nurse at school or at the local clinic to ask such things... if you dont have an older female family member who can see what you're talking about and help ypu.
how long does this happen, does it happen once a month?..or all the time?.. does it itch? .. it could be a number of thngs. you can be ovulating, or you can be aroused?...add a little more detail to your question cuase it could be a lot of things

After your period ends it's usually a couple of weeks later your body starts the ovulate and the makes you have more discharge.
As long as it dosn't have any blood in it or it dosn't smell, i think it's a normal thing.
But if you have any doubts alway's talk to someone close to you or see your doctor.

Its normal to have a vaginal discharge.Some women have more than others.As long as you don't have a bad smell or itching along with it you are fine.If you do, you need to see a doctor especially if you are sexually active,which at your age I hope you aren't.

Don't worry about it. It is completely normal. Everyone has discharge. And ignore the other people. It does not happen because you are "touching yourself" It is normal and usuallly happens after your period.
since you already know you are wet all the time, this clear stuff that is comin everyday is just your lub.
To stop this, stop getting urself wet.
