Why do i feel so fat??

around 5'6" or 4 i dunno
i lose 7 pounds in a month which im relaly proud of :]! all natrually and healthy
not like those anorexic freaks
i went down to a 136 to 129
my ideal goal is around 110-115 before school starts :[
but even tho i lose all the 7 pounds i feel fat and bloated?? why

its probably water...baloney has a lot of sodium...any processed meat has a lot of salt... to help keep the water weight off don't eat processed food, fast food, don't drink soda or eat a lot of salt
you could be retaining water but its not healthy too loose so much weight so fast especially when youre young it can cause heart problems when youre older and mental problems as well.be safe. youre young and beautiful just be happy the way you are.
maybe water? maybe you got smaller in you already small areas(typical of dieting) and you target areas look bigger or barely smaller
Just be healthy and exercise. Don't feel fat, I'm 15, 5'5" and 120 pounds. You're a inch or 2 taller so you should weigh more than me.
Well you're obviously really insecure. I'm 5'7" .. weigh about 130.. and I got a little gut. A lot of guys love a little meat on a girl.. trust me you don't wanna be a rail. Is it really worth all the effort? Be young and be glad that you can indulge on bologna sandwiches.
ok you weigh 129 pounds and your 5'6"? you are a perfect size and weight. Your not fat. The society we live in is tough on women because you open magazines and you see all these models who are all skin and bones. Now Sister there aint nothing wrong with a little meat on your bones. holla!
The keyword is in your question: feel. This means that you see something in the mirror that may or may not be true. Form watching Oprah, her advice is to stop eating at a certain time each night. Start with 7:30 and NEVER eat after that until breakfast in the morning. Never skip breakfast and make that the biggest meal of your day. Have a smaller lunch and an even smaller dinner. Fill up on fruits and vegetables. Start exercising regularly, even if it's just walking a little bit. Make sure you love yourself enough inside. Good luck!
You feel fat because that's what society brainwashes us with. You're probably perfect. My sister is about your height and she's 135 and she looks really good, healthy. Don't stress about it. Enjoy your childhood, don't worry about things that you will be worrying about your whole adulthood. You only have so many years to be a kid. Enjoy it. Cause once it's over it's too late. I know it can seem hard being a kid, but it's the best part of your life. You get to just have fun, don't have to work or pay bills. I didn't listen when people told me that, which wasn't too long ago. You're perfect at your weight, don't worry about it.
If you feel bloated you might have a problem with your digestive system or because of your hormones, etc. Ask your mom if you can see a Dr. about this.
I think by the Body Mass Index you are at a perfectly healthy weight. There is no reason for you to lose anything more. If you feel bloated, try to avoid foods that worsen this. Other than that, follow the new edition of the Canada Food Guide and stay active.

You have too much *poop*. That's right. The only way to "feel" thinner is to empty your bowels and intestines. Try this. A colon clensing would be quick and ffective. But then you have to have to have to stop eating crap. That is anything processed and made by man. Think wonder bread. It is literally chemical food created in a test tube. Disguting really. It is NOT anything natural or healthy or good about that type of food. Eat natural foods. This includes meat but watch out for that because of all the chemicals they add to it. Think about this. They inject cows with hormone to make them fat and meaty. That hormone is embedded in there meat and fat. You in turn eat it! You are literalyl eating growth hormone! So you get fat and store fat and feel fat. And now your digestive system is all out of wack. And you literally have too much crap just sitting in your lower intestines. Get that out, eat much better, and don't eat after 6pm or 7pm or if you do eat very few carbs. And BAM your stomach will be flatter than ever in the morning. Oh and drink at least a liter of water in the morning right when you get up. This will help curb your hunger throughout the day and get your body well hyrated and functioning better.

I went to the doc a couple of days ago, and he said bloating, gas, cramps, bowel problems, etc. can be cause by a poorly functioning gall bladder. He said that is how the body reacts to high fat foods (like bologna) when there is not enough bile to digest it properly. He recommended avoiding higher fat foods and increasing high fiber foods to help move the fats along. . but oh how I will miss cheesecake!
By the way, anorexia is a serious medical condition. Be greatful it is not your problem, you whiney self-involved little twit . There are plenty of people out there with way bigger problems than being a perfectly healthy weight. Have you ever considered getting out and doing something to help other people instead of staring at yourself in the mirror?
