LOL, gotta love family guy...oh, if a girl is anoerxic or bulimic and loses too much weight for their size and such, she'll experience amenorrhia (the absense of menstrual bleeding/cycle) so yeah, i guess she puked too much, lost too much weight, and still has yet to get her period back...

I didnt see the clip but I maybe able to answer your question. Many women during their period experience enough pain from cramps that it makes them sick. It isnt uncommon. Some women become sick to their stomach during that time with or without the cramps just because of what the body is going through at that time. Their are actually a few reasons.
