Over the past few days now, i've been having lower abdominal pain.?

Question:

lately every once and a while, a few times a day, sometimes, i've been getting this strange sharp stabing like pains in my lower abdominal.
but something strange happen to me on the 22 of this month (july),when i went to the toilet,i wipe and there was this faded red blood (very light, like my periods were trying to come),like a period, that night i had pain that felt like period and a little back pain. but then the next day,i expected my period to really kick in, but there was nothing.Like no blood at all.no period as of yet. i got my periods last month(June) on these dates, from the 18th of june to the 23 of june.Because i get a lot of emails on fertility and pregnantcy,i've been reading about implantation bleeding.please tell me what u think. i've started talking these tablets which are called ovulex. please see this site: http://www.ovulex.com/
i've had trouble getting pregnant in the past. so i have decided to take these tablets,which i have started talking theses on the 13th.

Sounds to me like this 'ovulex' is irritating your ovaries. I would consult a doctor before taking any more of the pills and taking matters into your own hands. You might have a small problem that you are aggrivating by taking those. CONSULT A PHYSICIAN.
