Oh yes, guys do care on how a girl looks down there. So if you do not want your guy to run away after the first night, when he had to find his way through your bush, then it is better that you get yourself trimmed and clean there.
And besides it will be a greater probability for him to go down and give you a great time with his tongue and mouth if he can get a good view of a nice and clean region.
As long as you are clean, a guy is so happy to even be getting down there, he doesn't care what it looks like.
