Do pap smears come back normal most of the time?

Question:

Answers:
It depends on whether or not there is something wrong...

If there is something wrong than they will not come back normal...

If everything is normal than it will come back okay.

Just make sure you have protected sex with a condom everytime. :) If you do that everything should be fine! :]
yes
Most of the time they do yes. They can get more accurate results these days as they are able to separate blood from the swab, if you do happen to have any dry blood around the cervix as I did last time I had one.
Yes, pap smears come back normal most of the time. I've only had a pap smear come back abnormal twice but that's because I had an infection going on at the same time and by coincidence the pap smear picked up on the infection I had going on.
Yes but it depends on if something is wrong
No. There's sometimes false positive and false negative.

Plus, a PAP smear is based on an individual's tissue. So, there is no general answer but what your body wants to tell you. Good luck.
