This is pretty grody but I have to ask, lately ll of my periods haven't been like periods at all, so little blood its more like spot bleeding but where there is its gross dark brown/black and stringy.
Is something wrong?

Blood that color is normal at the beginning of your cycle. It's just blood that was build up in your uterus. If it's like that for the whole period, go to your gynecologist and get it checked out.
Are you sexually active, because it sounds like implantation bleeding. If your not, I would see a doctor just to be safe. Birth control can mess your periods up too. Good luck, and make an appointment!
