I would say that since it is in a sensitive area, you have a doctor look at it. In the meantime, maybe use a hot compress if it is painful or irritated.
I'd recommend Thrush cream, if you have any, or if not, try Sudo cream.
If it's still sore after a few days go and see your doctor- I've had it before, it isn't pleasent. :(
i think i know what you are on about as i get some i have been to my GP who says it normal it will get blocked as the warmer you get down there they come my GP said not to worry as they will go and it did but it does come back up it can be sore but it don't last too long hope this helps if this does sound like some thing you have don't put anything warm or hot on as it will stay longer and get bigger and more sort a cold cloth soothes it and also helps the healing
This could be whats known as a bartholin cyst. They glands at the opening of the vagina can become infected if so you need to get it looked at by the GP.they can be easily sorted but you must go see your GP. Firstly to see if thats what it is and secondly to get treated. Nothing serious anyway...just unpleasant...
Hiya hun,

I had something similar when I was 17, I went to my GP who sent me to a gynocologist, and he simply drained the fluid from it and it was gone. I'd see your GP hun.

Good luck

You may be describing a Bartholin's cyst or absess. It really needs a GP to look at it.
Hi best thing to do is to bathe in warm water a couple of times a day. Also see you're doctor/nurse. I had this same problem which cleared up on its own after a few weeks.
