Im having these really bad lower abdomen pains and I have started my period early? Any suggestions?

Beware its kinda TMI....

My last period was July 14,2007 and it was really light. So now I start today(Kinda heavy for starting day) and Im having theses pain and Im sore? Im not able to get to the doctor today so thats why Im trying to different opinions on what may be going on?

Have you done anything different with your birth control? Taking it different times, missing pills, that can cause these types of mess ups
