I have a bad REALLY BAD one of my worst bad period cramp ever!!?

wot shuld i do? I have a REALLYRELLLY bad cramp and im just screaming because it really hurts! Wot shuld i do to get the pain to go away! I dont want pills or anything! Please help meh!

well you probably should take midol if it period related, you might be hungry, you might need to take tums, you might need to stretch, drink water, massage the cramp away. or just go to sleep.
I would recommend you to rub it gently, and then use ice pack. And then after that, just sit and relax for a while. That's what I used to do when I got cramps during swimming. And to prevent future cramps, you should exercise regularly (and stretch before you exercise.)
well just stop thinking about it. i know how u feel i get those 2 all u have to do is relax and do sumthing that does remind u of it.
Pills won't help at this point. What I would suggest is lying down with your body in the fetal position, (curled up - knees against your stomach). Then, depending on what your preference is at the time, I would suggest wearing a hot face cloth or cold ice pack on your stomach. It may not help completely, but it will help to temporarily decrease the pain.
Curl up and put a pillow on your stomach while you curl up. Make sure you don't stand up or stand straight, this will make it easier to ease the pain. But please call assistance, if anyone is in your house that can help ask them to put a heating patch where it hurts, and if you don't have a heating patch then tell them to take a towel and soak it on hot water, then put it around the area where your ovaries are, lower than your belly. And make sure you either take aspirin or Tylenol pm.

Warm Shower:
If you can you should try and take a warm bath and then add a heating pad, you can also put in the microwave to heat it even more.microwave.

They do make pills specially for menstrual cramping [midol] just in case you change your mind. But i would lay down and put a heating pad on my stomach, or hold a pillow there.Stretching helps also.
take some naproxen (if you have it)!! just one pill will get rid of really bad cramps!!

im going through the same problem right now!!
put a hot towel on your lower stomach, lie down, and drink hot tea but the best thing to do is to take Midol even though it is a pill. good luck :-)
eat a banana
or
get a heat pack, and put it on your lower tummy
it works wonders

if it continues, go see your gyno
it could be more then just cramps

if it does turn out that its just bad cramps, get on birth control
it takes the edge waaay off

ive had cramps that put me in soo much pain, i was bed ridden for the first 3 days, vomiting and all that

birth control pills took the edge off, put the patch made it so i could walk again


if you dont wanna go thru all that
just get a heat pad, or a hot wash cloth

well hun this is part of life ! i always have really bad period cramps , every month bad pain in the back , in the abdomen , vomiting . the only way to cure it is take pain reliever , i've tried the no pill thing it doesnt work , it just gets worse and worse . i usually take a ibu 600-800 mg but u should take something lighter or whatever works for u . if u dont want to u can try to warm ur self with a heating pad or drink ssome warm grean tea .
p.s. all this bad cramping is normal , i took a health class and it explained the symptoms of normal periods but if u want u can go see a doctor .

Apply mentholated liniment on your abdomen, or place a hot water bottle and place it in the area. Avoid eating sour foods.
Drink hot tea. Get lots of rest.
