I really need help please b/c i want flat abs with a little definition but im confused?

I want to get flat abs but the problem is that I'm a little flabby and some people tell me to do sit ups or crunches and others say no. Seriously i want those swimsuit model abs with that torso that kinda has a slight curve. How do I get that? And since im 4'11'' ,109 pounds hwo much would i have to lose to see definition? and what should i avoid like eating late at night, etc

Answers:
You will need to lose a lot of weight and do a lot of exercise. You will have to jog or swim or something for at least an hour every day, and stay off all soda/alcohol/sugary foods/fatty foods/fast foods/bread and pasta etc. Then do about 100 sit-ups most days.
whoa your short, that can be hard. try 100 crunches a night. you will see a diffrent in about a month if ur consistant
u need to maintain ur whole body and physique and for that u'll have to try regular exercises like crunches and ab toning exersices..u'll see a difference if u're regular soon...

you are 109 lbs do you have anerexia? Why do you feel you must be perfect? Accept yourself for who you are! Don't stress over those abs you should be happy to be curvyy! Woo!!
