If you're grown, then if you are sexually involved with someone, thats a sign of being pregnant. Try a pregnancy test, otherwise i wouldn't know. I hope this would be of some help.
You're probably just growing.
You might have a common sickness called "mononucleosis" or mono otherwise know as. It makes you really tired and lasts months sometimes.
Not to say that you are pregnant... but being exhausted was my first sign of pregnancy. If you are sexually active go take a pregnancy test to be sure.
