Yes cramps can be normal. To reach orgasms you use allot of muscles and sometimes they cramp.

I think it sounds like you are het up and tense about it, oral sex is not wrong don't worry about it just enjoy it, if you have cramps and it not the tension then it is something else go see a GP.
one other thing if you don't enjoy oral sex DON'T do it you have a choice.

I don't think you are relaxing. Give yourself permission to relax.
if you reached orgasm your abdomin muscles became tense and that can cause cramping. if it does not go away in the next day or so you should see your doctor. to help that from happening again do vaginal excersises
the next time you urinate begin to pee then make your self stop the muscles you are squeezing are very important to orgasms. squeeze those muscles for one second (one mississippi) 20 time a day. This will help strengthen the muscles your body uses when you orgasm and will help keep you from cramping afterwords.

Assuming you mean your partner is performing it on you, and you get cramps afterwards...the only time this happens to me is if it has been going on for awhile and the whole area is engorged with blood flow, but then I don't orgasm. I think it is the stagnated blood that has gathered there that makes things feel crampy. If you don't orgasm, the blood is not released back into your system all at once like when you do orgasm, but just normalizes slowly. It's kind of like a guy who doesn't release his orgasm...blue balls...same deal. But if you definitely are orgasming and this still goes on, I would ask my gyn about it. It's probably just muscle tension though.
if you swallowed a full load of man juice it not might settle well in ur stomach give it sum time and ur cramps will go away
