On period (pads) and have to horsebackride? what are some tips?

Do you mean tips for making it stay in place and not leaking? If so, I guess it depends on how heavy your flow is, but I would suggest wearing an overnight pad with wings and like someone else said tight fitting underwear. The overnight pad is long enough so that you will not likely leak, the wings will help your pad stay on even better, and same with the tight underwear. Also (sorry if you don't like what I'm about to say), maybe you could try using tampons and a pantiliner? I think it would feel much more comfortable while horseback riding and you wouldn't leak at all...Just a suggestion.
Put 2 on one really high make them meet in the middle and one in the back it will feel a little funky at first but you will get use to it then also wear really tight panties so they stay in place when you get off the horse hide around and pull the wedgie out cause it will happen.
I'm so glad no one knows me lol
If you feel very uncomfortable doing that then wear tight panties with the one and put a towel on the satel tell them its for comfort.
Good luck and have fun
