What kind of birth control doesn't have any side effects?

i'm 15 and i lost 53 pounds in one year down from 194. with healthy diet and exercise. now i'm irregular. does birth control make you gain weight? acne? because i'll never take it if it does any of that. does anyone know anything about this?

yes pills cause some weight gain .but not much otherwise all actresses willbe overweight

condoms and vaginal tampons are the safest but failure rate is more bcoz of breaking/usage failures
ALL BIRTHCONTROL HAS SIDE EFFECTS
The pill does not make everyone gain wieght. It never did for me and I have been on them for 14 years now. It depends on your body's hormones.

As for acne, it has no effect on that.

They do have side effects, but they are minor and wear off within 6 months.
