Help with tampon?
Question:
I wanted to know, is there literally a hole, i mean if you were to look at yourself would there literally be a hole that you can see?
plz give details i don't mind if its graphic but i'm really having difficulty I wanted someone to describe really how its supposed to look because i really need help to know how!

Yes there's a hole. Sorry for being blunt in return but this should help. You have to try a few times, and maybe lubricate the tampon slightly on the end with vaseline or another store bought lubricant. Also use the Junior tampons they are smaller and work easier.Practice and you'll get it. Try to relax.

Yes, there is a hole. There is no reason to stress about putting in a tampon, it's hard to do at first until you get the hang of it.
I'd encourage you to get a mirror and examine yourself. It's a good way to get more familiar with your body, as well as figure out how to put the tampon in. Your mother or a friend you trust might also be able to help you.
thats y when i get my period i will wear pads lol yeah there is a hole but its hard to see unless u can bend in half try using a mirror and if that dosent help wear pads untill u can figure it out
You should get a copy of "Our Bodies Ourselves" which really helped me when I was a teenage girl to understand what was going on!
yes theres a hole. its right below the pee hole. its the hole that boys use to have sex with you. just look in a mirror and insert the tampon into the hole as far as it goes with you feeling comfortable then slide the little part into the big part with you thumb and index finger then after its inserted take it out. you should not be able to feel the tampon in you. it should feel comfortable. if you can feel it and its uncomfortable take it out and try again with a new one. good luck
Yes there is a hole there. When I first started using tampons I had a lot of trouble as well. When I had it in wrong it would be very uncomfortable, almost like a burning. How I started inserting them was, I'd put one leg up on the toilet lid and one down. I'd relax all my muscles, and then while your bringing the tampon down let the tip guide you to the "hole". Once you come across the hole, hold the tampon in the middle. Right where the skinny tube meets the outer tube, there may be grooves there. Then with your other hand push in until the tube your pushing meets the other tube. There should be at least 3 inches of string hanging out. You can also use a small mirror if needed. Make sure you don't keep it in to long, and most importantly DON'T FORGET ABOUT IT!! Hope I helped good luck, and just relax.
