im not sure but a friend of mines told me when she on her period and takes a bath the bath water acts like a clug and stops the blood from coming out for like an hour. idk i take showers while im on mines so idk how true it is

You can bleed in the water.
It's not true. Sure, the water makes the blood harder to see because it is diluting it as soon as it comes out, but the flow is not stopped by it.
