Period troubles?

Question:
I cannot get the tampon in, it is so annoying, i am using a regular and i think its too big. is there a size smaller than a regular, and what kind of tampons are the most comfortable, I really need some help! people say the first time is always the hardest!

Answers:
yes the first time is the hardest, i didnt start useing tampons until i was thirteen.. and i found it difficult at first. just try it at a time when you dont have anything to do so you arent rushed, also try when your period is at its heaviest.. this will help make it easier to put it. step by step, i will try to help you in the best way i can because i know how frusterating it can get. the first time i tried i was in tears because of the frustration haha.

1) place your middle finger and your thumb on the grip, which is at the top of the applicator.

2) start putting the tampon inside of you, keep going until the fingers that are on the grip touch your body

3) then, take your index finger and push up the applicator, so it is now inside the other tube.

4) the tampon is now inside your body. simply pull out the applicator and throw it in the garbage.

it might take a couple of tries to get it right, but i promise its super easy and fast once you get used to it.

TIPS:
if you can feel the tampon inside you, it probaly isnt in right. take it out and try again, with a fresh tampon.

hope this helps hun :)
yes there are smaller sizes...if not u can use sanitary pads
use the tampax tiny ones
i also had a lot of problems at first i found it easier to use ones with plastic applicators than ones with cardboard...so maybe you should give that a try...my favorites tampax pearl...danielle!
