take midos or put warm water on you. dont drink anythin cold or it might make it worst and dont eat chocolate (makes your period darker).

You can take a pain reliever such as, Midol, Tylenol or Advil. And you might want to let your guardian know, so they can buy you female napkins or tampons. If you don’t feel comfortable you can let your best friend or Aunt know.

Some times when I have intense cramps, I place a warm towel on my stomach and it lessens the pain.

Keep warm! Take a warm bath, hot shower, lay with a heating pad where your cramping...
Excedrin or Midol work good too. Midol also helps with bloating.
Sorry about your mom...First you have to eat healthy food + fruits so you can have some energy...then you can put some hot towels or take pain killers. I use panadol because it's safe for my stomach
sorry about about mom but with the period problem you should exercise a lot, mostly taking an hour walk around your neighborhood should help. You need to do this a week before your period and right now try doing it, it should ease the hurting. I had the same problem for a long time and a person on here told me to try it and i did and it worked. I am right now on my periods and i don't feel any cramp now it's like a miracle.
aw baby girl im sorry about your mom =[ but you should really tell your dad and a trusted female adult ..liek if your dad has a gf or your aunt/grandmother or close family friend.. you can get motrin or cramp meds check out the drug store..congrats on becoming a woman!
First, as the others have suggested use warm compresses---a wet towel placed in the microwave is the easiest way to do this. Be sure to test the temperature on your hand first! You place the wet towel on your lower belly. If your back is bothering you, you can place another one down there.
Although you may not feel like it, vigorous exercise "tricks" the body to make endorphine chemicals---which makes the mind feel good as well as decreases physical pain. Jogging on a treadmill is a good choice.
That other writer who responded that "eating chocholate will make your period darker" is uttering a wives tale. During our periods we often crave sweets and/or salty things. It is ok to have these as long as it is done in moderation.
Now you need to talk to whoever is caring for you. If it is your dad you need to tell him that you got your period and you need "supplies". It will probably embarass you more then him. It is a normal process that is part of womanhood. Can you talk to your friends? or their moms?
I felt sorry for you, and I reached out to you to help you in any way I could, so can you please answer this question for me.. How many times are you going to start your period within the same two weeks?
How many times are you going to give us the same sob story about your mother being dead? How many times are you going to ask how to relieve the cramps?

From my experience as a woman, you only have ONE period about once a month. NOT 5 times in 2 weeks.

If you don't know what to take by now, then you never will!
