Hello, I didnt bleed at all, I went in convinced I would come out pumping bleeding, but all I had was a teeny weeny spot! All that worrying over nothing! You wont have more then a bit of spotting,gone by end of day.

As far as I know you shouldn't bleed. I certainly didn't.
The only reason I can think of for bleeding after a smear test is if you'd never had intercourse but then you shouldn't need to be having a smear test if you've not had sex.
