Ok I dont know if this is normal but when I have to go pee even just a little and when I dont know it I leak just a little and it gives off a bad odor. I want to know how to stop it and why its doing this. Could you help me please?

you could try some exercises? like, after women have a baby, they sometimes have trouble holding it. so what they do is just flex everything down there. you know that muscle that holds it in? flex it, then relax. flex, relax. just keep doing that daily. that should help!
It sounds like Incontinence. Try doing kegel exercises to tighten up those muscles down there. The bad odor from the leak is just dried up urine. You can wear scented panty liners until your problem is solved.
