Question about severe cramping?
Question:
I am 18 years old, and (even though I don't know if this would help at all, because I am very regular) I would prefer not to use birth control type hormones or things like that. Thanks for the advice.
Answers:
i am only thirteen and you probably will think i can't possibly know anything about this. But If you soke in a hot/warm bath it helps relax you then take some ibuprofen. And if you get tired like lots of women do during thre periods just take a nap and listen to soft music. that is everything i would do and do do sometimes!! believe me it really works!
Go to the doctor and see if she has any advice.
my friend gets bad cramps 2 and she went 2 her doctor and got period pills they seem 2 help her
I feel your pain honey...I am the same way! Go to the Dr. and have her check for a cyst on your ovary or some other type of blockage. H.P.V. can also cause really bad cramping. Good luck...hope everything's OK.
I'm 17 and I get bad cramps, but only when there's anticipated physical exercise (such as a high school gym class).
This really does work...take your mind off of it (that actually does make a huge difference whether it be hunger or a cramp of any sort).
i know you dont want to be on birth control but it worked for me...also take midol and but a heating pad to put on your belly that works good too
Vicadin .. love it
