Throwing up? scary??

Nobody likes to throw up. It is always unpleasant and also scary because you don't know when it will stop or if there will be blood or if you are so sick you will die or if it will be over with just one throw up. Also no one can really help you except to give you a pan or something to throw up in, or help you to the bathroom or give you a washcloth and towel to clean up afterwards. But once you are well, you need to just be thankful you are well and that the throwing up is over for this time around. It might help to try to find out what has caused you to throw up in the past - flu, or a bad food, or an organic problem. Then you can find out how best to avoid having this happen to you as much as is possible.
ya i agree. i hate the feeling of throwng up so when im sick i usually just try my best to hold it in

That is very normal! I am in my 60's and still hate to vomit! I will lay on my bed as still as can be fighting it. I guess it is just our body's way of getting rid of poison in our system, but I am with you. YUCK!
no one enjoys throwing up but its not bad if ur really afraid of it just look on the brite side belemia shudnt ever b an issue
I was the same way so chill out. To e honest just don't think about it. In the morning think about something else, like your favorite movie, band, whatever. To be honest, nobody likes throwing up, so it's okay.

I don't think it is weird that you are scared of throwing up, nor do I think it is babyish going to your parents. I am 33 and I don't like to throw up! I also wake my husband up so he can take care of me! I don't think anyone "likes" throwing up. So, don't worry about it, it is normal to be scared. (in my opinion)

I hate it as well. If i feel like i'm going to be sick i try and force it down. Its so disgusting!
