Is she still going to grow?

My sister is 16 years old... she is 4'11.5 she got her period when she was thirteen but they didnt come regularly they came all messed up and alll... but shes wondering if shes still going to grow taller.. whut do u think?

well im 13 and only 5'1'' ahe still can grow though and its not that being short in some cases lol good luck :)
maybe she should go see a doctor it sounds pretty serious
