I presume you mean on pads? Definitely wings. Just make sure you stick them properly to the underside of your panties, otherwise they are likely to stick to pubic hair. Ouch!

No towels at all i find them uncomfortable and they make me feel dirty! but on rare occasions when i do wear them ie night etc always with wings otherwise they can slip about!
