Why do I always shake while on my period?

Question:
Every time I'm on my period, I shake really bad. Help?

Answers:
You may be becoming anemic. If I were you, I'd talk to your doctor about this. To prevent becoming anemic while on your period, you can eat foods that's high in iron such as spinach or take supplements. If you don't want your period, then the Depo Shot is a WONDERFUL choice and it prevents you from becoming anemic. I use to have this problem as well until I got put on Depo.
You need IRON... get some IRON pills.

Eat a burger, a steak or some Kale.
Hon, you need to get yourself to a doctor. I've had lots of problems when it comes to my periods, but never this. You might need to be put on some sort of medication to help out with whatever it is that's wrong with you.
Your anemic... go to your fmaily doctor and tell him your symptoms they will order blood tests to make sure then put you on some iron pills... you could try daily vitamins for now
