I know how you feel-I'm 27 and have one, too. It's depressing to look in a mirror! :( I've slimmed it down quite a lot this summer just by lugging around my 2 yr old and stroller and car-seat down 3 flights of stairs every day and going for long 2 hr walks each day...eating smaller portions and drinking more water...it seemed to help, but don't know what I'll do come the school year when I am in the classroom again... :P
I guess you could try crunches, sit-ups, leg presses at the gym--get some of those post-baby workout videos/books.
Good luck and let me know if anything works! :)
Take a laxative.
run, jog,or walk in your neighborhood! good luck.
i have a front-butt too. it sucks. do leg throws, lay on your back and lift your legs up as high as you can, have someone standing behind your head throw them down to the ground, but dont let them touch, use your lower abs to bring them back up to be thrown down again. it hurts like a biiitch, but it def works those lower abs
You might need some surgical help, I think it's called an apronectomy (no kidding) but you'd probably have to get it done privately.
I've heard of cases where it eventually goes away, but I've also known people who tried their darndest and couldn't so they had a tummy tuck to solve the problem. Good Luck!
Bikini's are over rated...if you have a nice butt try wearing a thong and force people to focus on your behind as opposed to your belly.
I think the only way to get rid of it is cosmetic surgery. Sometimes skin that stretches during pregnancy does not bounce back once you've delivered; your stomach muscles may have also separated.
I don't think there's anything you can do exercise-wise to get rid of the butt look you have. Sorry.
