How do you do this?

Question:
How to insert a tampon? My mom bought me some but didn't tell me how to put 'em in.

Answers:
Put one foot on the toilet and relax your muscles. Take the plastic off the tampon and insert it into the vagina, and gently push it i until the tampon is out of the cardboard (or plastic tube it is in) and the string is hanging. It should feel comfortable (since it is your first time. SLIGHTLY uncomfortable. Put a panty liner on your undies in case of spotting.

Remember to change ever 4-5 hours by gently pulling the string. The tampon should come right out.

Do not sleep with a tampon on! Use a sanitary pad.
there shoud be a paper in it telling you how o nsert it.
bt if you find ot e-mail me
plez.

i didn't understand the paper thing
read the box!
aww hun thats the worst..learning how..

try to relax your muscles and such b/c if they're tense it wont go in...idk they have instructions on the box lol just try different things and if it hurts stop. idk good luck though!
answer three got it spot on but one thing, it is safe to sleep with a tampon inside you as long as you don't forget to take it out first thing in the morning as it could cause infection.
