Answers:
My grandmother is like that, so always thinks something is wrong with her.and honestly it is REALLY annoying. So dont worry about it.your young you will be fine I'm sure.
that's what happened to me,
but i got over it.
i think it's normal
yes,you will mature and have more confidence in yourself.
Calm down. This worrying is unhealthy. Worrying too much can cause you problems in itself. Just be happy you are a healthy teenager. Chill out and go out and do stuff.
I get the same way. Try to surround yourself with friends and stay busy. I get self-fixated if I don't.
Go eat a cheeseburger
try talking 2 ur parents about what ur worried about, a lot of times, they can help u with whatever u need!
or maybe u should try seeing a therapist.not that i'm saying ur insane, ur totally not, but sometimes they can help with problems and help u get through tough times in life!! hope this helped and good luck!
probably because you are being bombarded by tv commercials for drugs and news items about illnesses constantly. Try thinking about the good things that you have instead of what bad can happen. Focus on the positive, it is much better for you.
good luck,
You are only 13, which is the prime age for changes in your body/mood/mind and yourself in general...I wouldn' worry, because many girls think those changes aren't normal, and that something may be wrong, but in reality, all girls are going throught the same thing...if you are really concerned, talk to your mom, and see what she thinks...never hide anything from her if you think something is wrong.
just try and concentrate on somethign else
I's normal and good to worry to an extent, but worrying to much and to the point its all you think about before bed or to the point its depressing you is not healthy. It sounds like you have anxiety depression. You should talk to your mom or dad if possible an tell them how you feel, if they arnt available to talk to, talk to a school counsler and see if you can see a doctor, depression is a serious illness and your way to young to be worrying
im the same way and im 16..
