Menopause is when a woman's period ends for life. It's when her ovaries stop producing the hormone estrogen. It usually happens at 45-55 years of age. Menopause is permanent. Men suffer in a similar way. Actually, men sometimes enter menopause in their 30s. It's when their male sex hormone count also begins to plunge, just like how women lose their estrogen. Symptoms are hot flashes, night sweats, and vaginal discomfort.
The change in life. When hormone levels change. The end of the time when women can have babies. Many women go through lots of changes. There are tons of information out there on the Internet. Menopause is for women when they turn around 50 years of age and they dont have they're menstrual cycle.
menopause occurs in a woman' life when her ovaries begin to shut down and are no longer producing estrogen. The lack of this hormone causes all the symptoms that women experience like hot flashes and mood swings. Each woman is unique and can begin perimenopausal symtoms at almost any age, but most begin the process in the middle to late forties, with the worst of the symptoms of actual menopause beginning in the mid fifties. As men do not produce estrogen in the same amounts, no, they do not experience menopause, but they are known to suffer with the male climacteric, which is more an emotional problem than an actual physical one.
