One time I had stomach cramps like that and it lasted till the next day, i went in to see the Doctor and i had a bladder infection which can be caused by havin sex. But those cramps can be caused by alot of things. If it's ongoing you should get checked out.

you might have to go to your dr. and get an ultra sound, you might have some cysts in your uterus or ovaries that are getting irritated. are you on birth control? my pain varies, and is much worse if i'm not on anything. sometimes i get pain that moves into my legs from my ovaries, it's pretty ridiculous.
Not really stomache cramps but your uterus does contract when you orgasm but it only lasts a few minutes.

once upon a time for a week i would get cramps every time i had an orgasm...never figured out why...sorry.
What I´m going to tell you is true, I have a friend she was having sex with her husband snd she started to have this intense pelvic pain, she was all day like that, her husband told her to go to the gyn, she went and she had an ovarian exploded, this is true.
You should go to your gyn, maybe he moved something in there and you might have something wrong, I guess if it was pms, it is too early for it, if you still feel cramps, go to your gyn.
