Canker sores..?
Question:
Answers:
Actually canker sores are not cold sores. Although you are correct as too the fact that canker sores are in the mouth, cold sores are actually a form of the Herpes virus. It's is not all the time the type of virus linked towards an STD, it is a different strain. As to why it happens, there is no proven scientific reasoning behind it. Its been blamed on everything from stress to immune difficiency. I too get canker sores way too often. I currently have 5 and they are a pain. I would also like to try and figure out what causes them, however it is easier said than done.Good luck
canker sores ARE NOT cold sores. Cold sores are a mild (and common) lesser strain of the Herpes virus. (up to 80% of all people have been exposed to it)
Canker sores are a common problem of vitamin C defficiency. Up your citrus intake more often, or take a vitiman suppliment, and you should notice the frequency of their appearance to minimze, then go away.
