Answers:
I tend to be heavy and it makes me get a sodium imbalance from all the fluid loss. Then, just when I seem to be getting over my period I seem to cramp over the simplest little thing and I seem to start menstruating all over again. I seem to be anemic (an iron deficiency) so my stomach feels bad, I feel weak and queasy and too much exercise all of a sudden makes me spurt and I've stained many a pair of shorts just when I thought I was done and I thought I didn't need a pad anymore.
I get some orange juice or a sports drink and the sodium seems to plug me up and I'll stop just like that. I get extra B vitamins because I flushed all the vitamins out of my system and I get extra Vitamin C for energy. I have to take some Tylenol to keep myself from cramping from the sodium but once I get that into my system I seem to be all right.
Exercise could be a very good idea at this time. You may not feel as strong or as energetic as you usually do but after a couple of days you should start feeling like your usual self. You may tire easily, so don't be surprised. If you sweat it out a lot you may start all over again (it's 90 degrees over here) so just be sure and get more sodium. Get plenty of fluids. You should be all right. If you have 'til Monday that should be just enough time to see how it affects your system. You don't have to drink the whole bottle remember, just drink 8 oz and see how you feel. If you don't like sports drinks something like soup works just as well. If it's working it should calm you down or it should taste really good to you. That's a sign that this is just what you needed.
that happens to me to. i am sorry i can't help though. maybe it depends on your body.
go to the quick store and buy some pills that stop bloating and pain, it will work, but some have a lot of caffeine in it but it works, and ur belly will be fine
not trying to be mean but hun get used to it. you will be feeling like this for many years to come. take midol it does work.
I havent started my 2nd yet and was worries today but i read this stuff and now ok about it =].
Anyway tell the teacher maybe if you really want to she/he might let you try out later. Worth a try. And the pains are normal i guess so dont worry. Just go on normally itl be over soon.x
use a tampon. if it doesnt goaway in time for tryouts take a hot bath before you leave. if you put two cups of epsom salt in the water it will help you even more

if it last longer than 11 days you should see a docter
this is your 2nd period , its going to be a while before youre body adjust to your new menstural cycle, its normal to be up to 12 days on a period, try being on a period 97 days, it happened to me!!, but u know what will make u better, MIDOL and loose dark underwear no tampons! pads ar better to stop from cramping , eat what u crave and sleep all u want, its what ur body needs, avoid greasy, salty sour and spicy foods it intensifies cramping
well....periods are like that. id suggest do what u think is right..and if u really want to play volleyballl wear a tampon..i personally like pads better though...youll get through it i promise and if u have cramps take tynol.
