What do you think?

Question:
i know these kind of questions are dumb because you should be happy with what you look like. ive been trying really hard to lose weight and im 5'3-5'4 123.5 lbs am i over weight? i used to be way over weight do you think i still need to lose a little bit more? im 12.

Answers:
you are not overweight! you're at a normal and healthy weight! especially for your age.

don't obsess over it, especially now because you're going to be thinking about it all through the rest of your life.
If you are only 12 you should not be worrying so much about losing weight. Worry about being healthy - eat right, get exercise. Don't diet! If you focus on health, you will be healthy. But, if you focus too much on your weight (esp. at such an early age), you put yourself at risk for disorders such as anorexia, or for just being perpetually dissatisfied with your body.
no you are fine just eat healthy exercise and you will be fine you are 12 with lots of growing left my son is almost 14 and he weighs 145 and is 5'5 and he is healthy not fat relax Im sure you are beautiful remember that and say it everday lol
Your fine! I'm 5'6" and 117 and I'm normal. Dont worry about it !
