How often do i need to change my pad?

Answers:
You should change it more often on heavy days than light days. I usually change it when it gets full. And if I'm going somewhere, I always put on a new pad [or tampon.]
On light days you should still change your pad a few times even if its not all the way full.. its not good for you to leave the same one in all day..
i usually change it whenever it gets really full. but i wouldn't leave it in all day because it's not good for you.
heavy days every 2-3 hours.
light days once every 4-5 hours.
whenever u feel u need to, for heavy days, probably beween 30 min and 1 hour, light days, 2-3 hours maybe. but every1 is different. hope i helped!
Everyone is different, so your needs here will of course be different then other girl's/women's, just make sure to change it when it is getting full, only you will know that. It will be several times a day though.
