Vagina.
"discharge" is a very broad blanket term and can be used to describe anything that comes out of your vagina. There are several different types of fluid that can come out. The most common fluid reffered to as "discharge" is actually cervical mucus which comes from your cervix to some degree at all times of the month when you're on your period, but most heavily when you're ovulating(releasing an egg, about half way between periods) It ranges from clear to a milky white color, and can be liquidy to creamy to frothy in texture. Another type of fluid is produced by the skene's glands, and this type of fluid is produce when a girl gets sexually excited, and is usually what girls experience when they refer to as "getting wet". and yet another type of fluid is produced by the bartholin's glands, and this fluid serves to keep the opening of the vagina moist as well as releasing pheromones which are chemical scent attractants that attract males. If you get an infection you can get puss coming out of various different colors, and that also falls under the term discharge. Technically even menstrual blood falls under the category of discharge, but since most girls know what that is they call that period, and everything else they have no clue about so they just call it all discharge.
