How do you fix cramps?
Question:
Answers:
i hear eating bananas helps (they contain potasium), use a warm cloth over your midsection, take a warm bath (that's what i do), exercise if you have mild cramps, take pamrin or any other PMS medicine of your choice, or get put on birth control. that's how i solved my cramps because they were horribly painful.
i would be careful using pottasium it helps control your heart rate.ask your doctor for something.
tke flax seed this definately works
bananas are good. also its actually best to exercise
A complete hysterectomy! Just kidding. Seriously, I just lounge around, taking ibuprofen. A heating pad helps some too. Also, a warm, relaxing bath doesn't hurt and eases muscle cramps.
There really is no way to get rid of them.It depends on if you mean running cramps,or cramps from your end of sentence. If it's running cramps try to drink water about 30 mintues from when you start and you'll be fine.If it's the other one, I suggest asking your doctor.
A doctor me told that if you get bad cramps you could try 4 ibprofanes. She uses them when she get bad cramps. she said it works. try that. :)
um, i've never heard of that.
but a really good way to make your cramps go away for the day is drinking hot water.
i know, hot water is pretty nasty, but it does work, it you want it to work at it's best, add sugar.
drinking a glass of hot sugar water is the rage over in asia when you're cramping, it really works!
but the thing is, you can't just take a sip or two, you have to drink the whole glass!
its always good to exercise, and you can take a nice long hot bubble bath, but dont sit around.but my friend use ibprofanes, she said it helps i never tried it though.
Get you some Advil and drink something hot I don't think there no way to fix them but that may calm them down a little.
excersise, bananas
i have never heard of that..but, i do know that i have had bad cramps for about 5 years not since i started...and the only thing that completely takes away my Cramps is Tramadol (i believe that is how you spell it) i had to get the prescription from my doctor. Midrin also works, but not for the severe cramps.
