Usually you spot a little, it depends for all women are different, I just started with a vengence...some women cramp first, I didnt..it just came out of nowhere...there are exceptions to every rule...some women get bloted and tender breasts...some feel sick, some dont feel anything, then start...it really depends on the women, you can usually look at the women and how they started and how their cycles are in your family and tell how you will be...women in one family not only tend to be very similar, but they will usually all be on the same or similar cycle.hope it helps

and i unno in my school i got it in sixth grade and it was liek watt evryone talked bout: who has their period?? and then if u tell 1 person their bound to tell anotha and then the whole school will know but lol it depends in sum schools it aint like that andin mine ow in 7nth grade no one cares anymore
but yea if u just got ur first one i wish u luck!! and u shud buy some pills for cramps cuz sometimes it hurts soooo bad like u just wanna die
