many times i can have PMS 2 weeks before my period starts, and it can last for a week...i know, i feel very bad for the men in my family lol
my periods last anywhere from 4-5 days, but i make sure i drink more water and less sugary drinks about a week beofre im supposed to start my period, for some reason, it causes less PMS and cramps for me, and my flow is not as heavy
