Stretch marks??
Question:
Answers:
When I was young I had terrible stretchmarks, They were red and purple, they were terrible, one day I wnt to the beach and had a tan, the probem got worst :s.
In my experience, I used to moisture my skin with vream, took lots of water and good food. Itried to avoid fat, because they appear due to the skin stretching.
Today my marks are totally diminished, they are tiny white lines, and you have to llok to close to see them, I dfon´t even notice them.
In my experience therés nothing you can do to take them off, but wait for your skin to mature and take care, in time the lines will diminish so much you won´t even notice them.
Stretchmarks go through stages they go from red and purple to white and thinner.
So don´t worry I was so worried abot my body but today I am fine thank God, so just relex in time they will fade away. Just take care of your eating and your skin and drink water, at least 2 lts. a day, water nourishes skin.
Good luck! ;D
Sometimes you do get stretch marks with weight loss and weight gain. Try using cocoa butter on it. They will lighten over time, but will never go fully away. Best of luck to you.
i also have really bad stretch marks because i am too fat it really sucks
stretchmarks appear when you loose weigh quickly. when i was pregnant i used boots pure coconut oit or bio oil it works a treat i still use it daily i have two kids and too lost alot of weight quickly and only have small tiny stretchmarks that you can't even notice. you have to do it daily and keep it up for it to work though
When you gained weight, your skin tore slightly at the middle layer, and this caused scarring. You couldn't see it before because the skin was pulled tight. As you lost weight, the skin loosened up and you can see the scars - these are commonly called stretch marks.
As to getting rid of them, removing them totally without surgery is not easy, but see here for some ideas:

Good luck with it,

Stretch marks and scars can be removed by massaging cocoa butter, shea butter, Vitamin E oil or taking Vitamin E capsules. More home remedies are listed at
