My moms stomache has been upset for months?

Have her keep a log of what she's eating everyday and when she feels sick and how sick she feels (scale of 1-10) This will really help her figure out if its anything shes eating that she may be allergic to or just unable to handle. Be sure to also list medications and alcohol.
